Island Scout Camp

All 2nd Onchan Scouts are invited to attend the Island Scout Camp which taking place at Peel Town Commissioners Camp Site, Poortown Road, Peel, over the weekend of the 10. – 12. July 2009. During the camp there will be the chance for Scouts to take part in an exciting range of activities and meet other Scouts from around the Island.

Some of the activities that we hope to hold over the weekend include: Night Hike, Scavenger Hunt, Camp Fire, Kayaking, Swimming, Rafting, Backwoods Cooking, Pioneering, Super Stars Challenge, Treasure Hunt and much more.

During the camp the Scouts will have the chance of earning points. Prizes will be given out at the Camp Closing Ceremony on the Sunday afternoon.

The Camp starts at 7pm on Friday 10. July and will finish at around 3pm on Sunday 12. July. The cost of the Camp is £25.00, which will include all meals, activities and site fee.
