Over one hundred members of 2nd Onchan Scout Group took part in a Fireworks Night on the 3. November 2010. Sixty Beavers and Cubs met at the Scout Hall for an hour of games and activities, while forty Scouts hiked along the coast from Onchan Head and up Groudle Glen to the Scout Hall. At the 
Hall everyone had hot dogs, soup and juice before heading outside to watch the Galaxy Fireworks Display, which was pretty impressive and lasted around three minutes. The weather wasn’t brilliant but luckily the strong winds had dropped and the drizzle had just about died away. A great night which we hope to repeat next year.
