Six Cubs, twelve Scouts, two Explorers and five Leaders attended a weeks camp at Waddecar Scout Camp in the Forest of Bowland over the 26. July to the 2. August 2008.
We used indoor accommodation at Helme Lodge for the week and everyone was kept busy with a wide range of activities which included: Scavenge Hunt, Backwoods Cooking, Orienteering, Indoor Climbing, Caving, Rafting, Swimming, Hiking, Shooting, Archery. We also visited Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the Imperial War Museum and Old Trafford, home of Manchester United.
